Add Some Spice to October

Ever notice the residue ring left on a bowl or cup after having ground spices in it?  The same type of ring powdered cocoa or coffee leaves on your cup or a coffee pot.  It takes a good scrubbing to get that residue ring removed from the dishes.  What is that same residue doing to the interior of our body?  Is this same type of ring sticking to the walls of the intestines or adding a coat of oily residue to the stomach?  Maybe it is best to not consume the actual bean or spice that leaves behind this staining residue.  With that, I came up with a tasty alternative to ground spices.  I can’t say the same for the cocoa and coffee bean.  Try using Spice Water!  Here’s my recipe:

I make a quart jar full of Spice Water and store it in a jar in the refrigerator.  Fill a kettle with 1 qt. fresh water and add your favorite whole spices, such as:  cinnamon sticks, allspice, cloves and a pod of nutmeg.  The measurement of whole spices you use will depend on how strong you wish the Spice Water to be.  I use 4-5 cinnamon sticks, a teaspoon or so of cloves and allspice and one nutmeg pod.  Rinse your whole spices in a mesh strainer then add them to the kettle of water.  Bring the water to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover the kettle with a lid.  Simmer for 15 minutes then remove from the heat leaving the lid on the kettle.  Allow the spices to remain in the water for 2 hours.  Once the Spice Water has cooled, strain the spices off and place the fragrant water in your jar.  The Spice Water can be used when making hot cereal or oatmeal, pancakes, biscuits, or whatever recipe calls for liquid, even using it to replace milk works.

Hygiene:  What’s That Smell?

2 Corinthians 2:15-16:  For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.  To the one we are the aroma of death leading to death, and to the other the aroma of life leading to life.  And who is sufficient for these things?  (NKJV)

The term Christ is a title for a status.  That status is reflected in a person who has toxin free blood. When the blood is free of toxins, it will give off an essence that the energy field (God) receives and will respond to.  Death in the verses represents toxic blood that has removed the electrical charge (or Spirit Energy) from the blood that is required for a healthy life.  The death reference speaks of Soul death, the removal of the electrical charge necessary for a healthy soul and healthy physical body, that will eventually lead to physical death.  More on this subject in my book From AntiChrist to I AM.

The physical body is an amazing machine when it is allowed to be.  The signals the body receives through how we treat it or what we feed it will create a response by the body, a form of messaging goes on.  With this messaging intelligence at play, when the body receives a steady application of chemical fragrance through scented soaps, shampoos or perfumes, the blood is influenced, and the body receives the message to give off an odor.  A cyclical event of applying a fragrance and producing odor takes place.  The application of scent triggers the body’s messaging system and in turn it begins to produce odor, although the body odor produced will smell nothing like the chemical fragrance you applied.  When the body is chemical-free and the many fragrances that it has encountered are removed, the body will produce a natural, clean fragrance of its own, without odor.  Toxic blood produces body odor and adding chemicals to the body only produces more toxins for the blood to attempt to remove.  With that, stay clean!
