One Thousand Potatoes

Seasonal Soups

For those who have begun the various steps it takes to obtain clean plasma, healthy bone marrow that results in contamination-free blood, you know how restrictive food selections can be.  Having personally walked the path of this restricted diet, when comparing it to the standard diets around the world anyway, I became bored with the restrictions and limitations in the variety of food allowable.  I discovered that when you get hungry enough, you can become quite creative!

The Yukon (Yellow) Potato has been a nice acceptable addition to my fall/winter menu.  Removing all dairy and substitute dairy products, I wanted to find a way to make a potato soup that was yummy and not runny!  As usual, I do not have precise measurements because I’m the cook who just throws this ‘n that into the cooking pot.  Here’s the ingredients I have blended in various portions to come up with some yummy, seasonal soups.

*Do the best you can to stick with the ingredients suggested, such as Yukon potato.  While we might think a potato is a potato, our body does not always register foods as similar or same in kind.  Red potato and Russett potatoes should be avoided for the purposes of keeping the blood healthy while making your way through the diet.  Red potato and Russett potato cause an unwanted burden upon the body when it comes to blood cells and DNA.

Peel and cut up Yukon potatoes and bring to a boil.  I make my own vegetable broth that I often use to boil my potatoes but if this is not something you have on hand, adding a few whole raw carrots and a stick of celery (or other vegetable favorites) to clean, fresh water will do the trick.  Be sure to remove the carrots and celery once the potatoes are cooked.  For the sake of maintaining the dietary rules, carrots and celery should not be blended in and become part of the soup.

Next, peel and cut up a squash.  I have made several different versions of potato/squash soups, so select your favorite squash.  Pumpkin is my favorite, but the small pie pumpkins are popular and can sell out at your local grocers quickly.  Avoid using canned pumpkin.  Any of the following squashes will make a nice, thick and tasty soup, and that is coming from someone who has never been a fan of eating squash.  Honeynut and Butternut squash, zucchini and yellow squash, Kabocha (Japanese Pumpkin), Delicata and Acorn.  Any of these squash work well with potato.

Prepare your squash by baking or peeling and boiling.  I have boiled squash with my potatoes and I have prebaked squash.  Either method will do.  Add cut leek, and any combination of the following fresh herbs: marjoram, thyme, oregano, rosemary.  In a small pan sauté white mushrooms in a small amount of sunflower seed oil or avocado oil.  You will add the mushrooms at end.

Once the potatoes and squash are tender, remove any sprigs and twigs from fresh herbs and toss.  Maintain as many of the leaves from the herbs as possible in your soup.  Use a strainer spoon and spoon potatoes and squash into a blender or food processor. Pulse blend until smooth and either place in a separate cooking pot or add it back into the remaining cooked potatoes/squash combo, depending on how much liquid is left on your cooked potatoes.  I puree about 1/2 -3/4 of the potatoes and squash, leaving a few sliced pieces.  Depending on how much water is left after the boiling of the potatoes, you may need to remove some of the liquid or add to the liquid.  I prepare my soup as a thick yet creamy consistency, not pasty.  Once the potatoes and squash have been blended to your liking, add sea salt, black pepper and the sautéed mushrooms.  Add a few chopped fresh chives, sesame seeds, or fresh grated horseradish to your bowl of soup and enjoy!  Freeze any leftovers in single serving containers for quick and easy mealtime prep.

FUN FOODS

With the diet that seems to accompany the function of my body the best, food can be limited and that prompts a desire to look for new ways to prepare foods.  The past month has birthed a couple of new and delightful dishes that can be incorporated into a meal or eaten as a snack.  These foods are fun and simple enough to involve children in the preparation!

Sweet Potato Ribbons

Peel and cut into ribbons with a potato peeler a sweet potato or yam.  I used a Japanese sweet potato and they turned out yummy.  Toss the ribbons in a small amount of sunflower seed oil, sea salt and black pepper, or simply use the sunflower seed oil and once fried sprinkle with granulated maple sugar and a bit of ground cinnamon. To cook the ribbons, heat sunflower seed oil in a deep skillet or frying pan and place the ribbons in the hot oil, cooking only small amounts at a time until ribbons are tan in color.  The ribbons will cook within a few minutes, turning them as they cook.  Once all ribbons are cooked crisp, remove from cooking and they can be topped with the cinnamon and maple sugar mixture or sea salt and black pepper, and a few sesame seeds or poppy seeds.  ADULT SUPERVISION NEEDED WITH THIS ONE!

Chilled Sun Cookies

This recipe may need adjusted since I did not measure the ingredients I was tossing into the bowl.  I’ll provide the approximate amount, and you can adjust as needed.

1 Cup Sunflower Seed Butter (NO SUGAR ADDED)

1/3 Cup Honey

6-8 dates cut into small pieces (Nuts.com has dates that are moist and yummy)

1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds

Dash of sea salt, if your seed butter does not have salt

Stir this together.  It should be a consistency that will form a ball yet not be dry or too sticky.  Form dough into balls and then roll the balls in granulated maple sugar.  Place in an airtight container and refrigerate.  Enjoy!

Here’s to healthy snacking!

Are You an Angel?

Where did the idea of angels with white garments and white feathery wings come from?  Often seen as tiny figurines in gift shops, or as a human figure with wings, why are angels often seen as a sort of cartoon character, or mystical being?   Why do these figures always have wings?  Cute as they may be my inquiring mind wanted some answers.

Celtic fae mythology speaks of magical, shapeshifting figures that disappeared into the underground at the arrival of humans.  These magical “good folk” are depicted as beautiful human figures with whispy wings.  Could this ancient Celtic depiction of a fairy give rise to the small, baby-like figures floating in space that are often thought of when the word angel comes to mind?

As I read through the book of Judges, Chapter 13 revealed some interesting facts.  The “Angel of God” that appeared to “the woman” (who would be Samson’s birth mother) is also referred to as “a man” or “the man of God”.  Last I checked, men, as in mankind, do not have wings but often are connected to the assignments given by God to His “angels”.  Interesting.

Let’s take this a little further.

Luke Chapter 1 reveals that an angel delivered a message to Zechariah, and the Angel Gabriel delivered the message to Mary about her upcoming pregnancy and birth of Jesus.  These two angels seem to be in human form.

Hebrews Chapter 2, verses 5-9 give a somewhat peculiar description of Jesus and mankind.  Verse 9: “But we do see Jesus, made lower than the angels for a short time so that by God’s grace He might taste death for everyone, crowned with glory and honor because of His suffering in death.”

First, the word death in these verses is describing a soul death.  All light that should be in and around cells in our body has been snuffed out, that’s death.  What is interesting is the statement that Jesus was “made lower than angels” (by becoming human) “for a short time.”  This swings the door wide open for Jesus having been in an angelic form prior to his arrival here on earth.  Once His job was complete upon the earth, He returned to His previous angelic form.  What assignment did Jesus have?  To show us how to resurrect the health of the body through a specific process that involves dead cells being removed and light-filled cells taking their place.

IF YOU BELIEVE THIS ANGEL-MAN-ANGEL TRANSFORMATION IS SO, my question to you would be:  How many human forms of angelic beings do we encounter daily?  This question will likely never be answered but hopefully it will make one stop and think about how they treat others.  There are angels among us.  The angels I am referring to are not invisible, whispy, floating figures with feathery wings.  The angels I am referring to are in human form, placed on earth for a specific assignment for the days and times that have been unfolding for the past 70 years.  The life of Jesus lays out how life can unfold for a human-embodied angel with an assignment.  Life is not and will not always be easy but whatever their assignment, that assignment can bring great change to the atmosphere, the field of energy that surrounds us, and life in general.

Hebrews 13:2:  Don’t neglect to show hospitality, for by doing this some have welcomed angels as guests without knowing it.

WONDERS OF THE WIND

What is in the wind?  Most likely wind is made of more elements than current knowledge has labels for. Just for fun, I’ll share what comes to my mind when I think of wind, the recipe that could be involved in its structure, and the influence it can have.

Storm fronts, clouds, gases, pressure, moisture, energy movement, whispers or whistling, dust, leaves, bugs, and large items when wind crosses a boundary and escalates to tornado or hurricane level.  Whatever combination of ingredients it takes to conjure up what we experience as wind could also hold signs of a shift in various energies pushing their way through an area.  These wind-related energies can influence the physical body through the electrical system, triggering a physical symptom, an old emotion to push to the surface, feelings of frustration, tension, resistance or struggle.

Next time you encounter the wind, not a gentle cool breeze but a significant wind, take some time to give attention to how you feel, what emotions may come or any uncomfortable symptoms that arise.  Take a moment to pause, capture what has come to you and as quickly as it came with the wind, release it to be taken away with the wind.  The most favorable times of a day to do this practice is dawn, noon or dusk.

Those blustery days may turn out to be quite useful!

FIRESIDE CHAI

Fall is beginning to wind down, and the door is starting to open for winter weather, sooner than some would like.  I’m not much of a cold weather person myself so anything that helps warm the body sounds good to me.  What better to do the job than what I call a Fireside Chai.

Fireside Chai has the typical chai spice ingredients but is made with whole or fresh spices.  Chai means tea to those from India, and alive or living to those with a Hebrew background.  I decided my journey through winter this year would be adorned with Fireside Chai in apple, cherry or cranberry juice, in oatmeal or cream of wheat and an accompaniment for baking fruit.  I may even try making my homemade bread rolls with a little Fireside Chai added to the dough.

Make your Fireside Chai as you would the Spice Water recipe posted October 2024 under Spicing Up October.  For the first batch of Fireside Chai, I used apple juice to simmer the whole spices for about 30 minutes.  Strain the whole spices off using a mesh strainer.  I made the batch potent with spices and used the apple juice-based liquid to add to other juices for a warm drink, or a ¼ cup for adding the chai flavor to hot cereal or pancake batter.  I recommend using whole spices and fresh ginger root. The ginger root and black pepper add a twinge of heat making this spice mix a perfect fit for cold weather.  I advise not to consume chai spice during the warmer seasonal months when the internal heat of the body should not be heated through the consumption of foods/drinks made with peppers or other heat elevating ingredients and spices.

A quick internet search and I found there are approximately 69 references to spice(s) in the Holy Bible, depending upon the translation.   Spices include such things as cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger. Those spices that you might put in your pumpkin pie or other favorite baked dish, not spicy hot items like chili peppers.

Spices were a valuable commodity in the past and often given as gifts to those in positions of authority.   The Queen of Sheba delivered spices to King Solomon as referenced in 1 Kings and 2 Chronicles.  This picture tells me there is something important about the spices we often keep in our kitchen.  There must be a chemical reaction produced or initiated by spices that is valuable to the blood.  A chemist would need to provide that detailed information.  For now, I consider spices important for health and use them nearly every day.

Cheers to the Fireside Chai!

EACH STEP WE TAKE

Did anyone ever tell you that each step or action you take will either debit or credit your soul bank account?  My guess is your answer is “no”.

The soul has a means for paying (or giving), and a way of receiving or being credited, like a bank account.  Does that make the concept easier to follow?  Each activity we participate in will either add to the value of our soul bank or take away from it.  For example, because the physical body is run by electricity (in part), each time you use a cell phone, we’ll say for an average of 15-20 minutes per day, your soul bank is charged in the form of damage to 500 cells (this number is a guess, not a fact).

Proverbs 13:22 speaks of leaving an inheritance for your children’s children. This is speaking of the value held within the soul at the time of your death, not tangible finances. If souls were just souls and everyone had the same soul value throughout life there would not be mention of “eternal life” in ancient text (Scripture). You control whether you become an “eternal” soul or whether you are a “temporary” soul. You also control, to a degree, whether there is any measure of soul left within you at the time of your death.

The cells in our body should contain a measure of light, a glow to them. I imagine a firefly, tiny little lights that move through our body.  This light, that is electrically charged, helps keep our body healthy and the soul abundant. Things that we encounter on any day, at any time, will influence that light in a negative or positive manner.

It is reported that on average a person has approximately 75 trillion cells.  Given this number, a 500 debit in the soul bank account does not sound dangerous but use your cell phone for a good portion of a day, and the collection of damaged cells can add up quickly.  Add in a few of the many other cell-damaging daily activities most people have like driving or riding in vehicles (vibration) or public transportation, using public restrooms, working in high-rise buildings, riding in elevators or on escalators, breathing toxic air, listening to a radio, TV or other noise through speakers, food selections, and the 500 daily debit becomes 10,000 before days end.  Not good!  This is not considering the number of damaged cells a fetus receives at conception.  A person can be, and most likely is in these days, born with damaged cells to begin their life with.  Infant and childhood disease proves this.

How do we credit the soul bank account?  Proper attire, rainbow color, gemstones, precious metals, specific eating habits and diet, having a clean, neat and tidy living space, and so on. Over time, if your soul debits outweigh your soul credits your body can become a diagnosis waiting to happen.

When it comes to health of our cells and the condition of our soul, we live in a dangerous world that seems to debit our soul bank at every turn. (John 15:19)  It appears a person must stop “living” to protect their “life” within!  If your health is at risk, it may be time to refuse participation in world-driven activities and spend your days in an atmosphere that provides deposits into your soul bank account.

TIMES AND SEASONS

He changes the times and seasons; He removes kings and establishes kings.  Daniel 2:21 (HCS)

No doubt the weather has brought about some surprises the past few months.  Where I live, the most surprising was a sudden temperature shift from daytime highs in the 90s to daytime highs in the 70s, within a matter of less than a week.  There was a sudden crispness in the air accompanied by a string of days that brought rain showers, over-cast and cloudy days.  Temperatures in the 70s are considered by me to be perfect weather but the way they marched in this year caused me to raise a brow.

Various verses in Scripture mention seasons changing but have we really considered the depth of that message?  Yes, the earth experiences seasonal changes but what appears to be taking place is those seasons are shifting to a different time/date on the calendar.  Autumn/Fall appears to have landed upon us an entire month early according to the present-day marker of September 22/23 for the Fall Equinox.  Did anyone else notice this?  If each season makes a 30-day shift we could eventually see Spring in January, or Summer in late March or April.  This type of a shift would trickle along several lines like calendar dates for the school year.  It will be interesting to see what the next few years bring.

With these types of seasonal shifts, it is obvious that man’s hand is not involved.  The atmosphere of the Heavens has been busy shifting, cleaning or even developing a new way of bringing the seasons many witness throughout a year.

Can you bring out the constellations in their season and lead the Bear and her cubs?  Do you know the laws of heaven?  Can you impose its authority on earth?  Can you command the clouds so that a flood of water covers you?  Can you send out lightning bolts, and they go?  Do they report to you: “Here we are”?  Job 38:32-25 (HCS)

For I will create a new heaven and a new earth; the past events will not be remembered or come to mind.”  Isaiah 65:17 (HCS)

I will be keeping my eyes on the Heavens!

Enjoy the season at hand,

Jill

ELECTRO-MAGNETICS AND BREAST TISSUE HEALTH

The human body is an electrical machine.  Many of the posts on this website are created with this thought in mind, including the following.

Breast cancer has been around for a very long time yet how many studies are done on its prevention versus a cure?  I often wondered why there is so much focus on racing for a cure when wouldn’t it be more beneficial to focus on the power of prevention?  There are many things that can lead to a diagnosis of breast cancer.  First would be genetics.  I would guess hormone imbalances as a second cause, and lastly maybe food choices.  That’s not scientific evidence, just my thoughts on the subject.  So, we have three fairly common factors but has anyone ever considered exposure to electromagnetic fields?  Yes, I’ve read the articles on the controversies around mammograms, x-rays and the various scans Western Medicine support, but what I am referring to is general, everyday exposure to what naturally exists in the earth, the soil, the air or even our homes.

I imagine breast tissue as being quite delicate, easily influenced by various compositions.  What I propose in this article may seem unlikely until you pause and consider the way cultures, fashion and lifestyles have changed over time, along with the increased incidence of breast cancer.

When the breast tissue is exposed to magnetic elements it can become, I’ll say, over-stimulated in a negative way.  Too much direct contact with magnetics in various forms and through various means, including the natural magnetism within the earth, would cause an upset in the electrical pathways that run through or past the breasts.  You think it can’t happen?  Why couldn’t it happen?  Genetics for breast cancer can be initiated by different things.  Let’s use some examples to give you a better picture of what I am referring to.

Madam X is diagnosed with breast cancer at age 40.  Madam X ate well, exercised and her hormones were in normal range.  What Madam X did have that contributed to her breast cancer was a great grandmother who spent a fair amount of time participating in the “topless beach” scene during her younger years.  Note: Things you think no one in the family will ever know eventually come to the surface!

Next, Madam X was involved in sporting events during her school years and had spent a measure of time undressing in crowded locker rooms, showering in large showering spaces that accompany numerous ladies at any given time and then getting dressed in those same large open locker room areas.

And what about Madam X’s sleeping habits?  Did Madam X sleep in the nude, leaving the breasts exposed?   You’ve heard me say in prior publications that there is a whole lot of electro-magnetic activity in the cosmos during nighttime hours.  This activity causes sleeping in the nude to have its own definition of “risky business”.

How did Madam X dress for her daily activities?  Did she wear low-cut blouses or dresses that expose the breasts?  What does all of this say for bathing suits?  The line of thought here is exposed skin/flesh will absorb a measure of magnetic activity and the breast tissue being delicate in nature gives rise to disturbances becoming evident in the form of tumors.

Long ago when clothing fashion covered the body from neckline down to the ankles there was a reason behind it.  A mystery at the time, but people knew how to protect the body from outside interference that didn’t exist through high-resonance imagery or cell phone towers.

As an additional step in prevention of breast cancer, keep the “girls” appropriately covered at all times, with the only exception being while bathing.

OUR FURRY FRIENDS

As Harvest of Healing, I never gave thought to the health-related work I do extending to the furry family members many love and adore.  Like many health-related reports I release involving humans, the information I share in this article is solely from experience, observation and gathering information from friends and a google search or two.

The past month brought some changes to my household through the purchase of an adorable puppy.  Puppies were put on pause for a few years while I tended to health issues of my own, but at last, the day came in mid-June when this new family member with four paws and an abundance of fluffy, polar-like hair moved in.

On this mid-June day assigned for picking up the pup, the car ride home from the breeder’s ranch sparked my attention as this new little furry friend barked and squirmed the entire 45 minutes to her new home, my home.  Any puppy I had prior would curl up and find comfort on a lap during the ride.  Not this little lady.  Why was this puppy unable to relax? New people?  New surroundings?  That would be the logical thought.

The next 3-4 days were spent with a groggy, somewhat tired appearing puppy that seemed to frequently need to “take care of business.”  Yes, puppies require frequent trips to the outdoors for a potty break, but this little lady was more frequent than the frequent that is accepted.  I chalked this up to the vaccines and dewormer given to the puppy the evening prior to her moving to her new home.  Puppy also had little interest in the kibble that was served to her at breakfast and dinner.  This was odd.  I served the same food the breeder fed all her dogs and puppies which came highly recommended by the breeder.  I cooked some bone broth and beef liver to add to the kibble, which seemed to peak the little lady’s interest in mealtime.

Next came her strong determination to eat rocks.   Being adamant about it is a mild description and being the Pup Mom I am, I dug many rocks out of her little mouth.  I finally gave up walking her along paths that contained a significant number of rocks.  Hard to do when you live on acreage!  Why do dogs eat rocks anyway?  Nervousness?  On their own, rocks do not smell or have any appetizing taste.  I never owned a dog that ate rocks as though they were a delicious snack!

Days 5-10 seemed somewhat puppy-like with brief episodes of periodic napping, the desire to chew anything and everything, outdoors for potty break, and chew some more routine.  Her ability to nap seemed a little out of sorts.  She would rest in one position for 15 minutes or so, then switch her position within the laundry room or her play area and rest for an additional 15-20 minutes.  This would go on for an hour or so.  All the while I’m wondering what happened to the reported 16-18 hours of sleep during a day puppies are to enjoy?  She seemed a bit fidgety.

The tile floor became a favorite spot to her.  Having a thick coat, it is no wonder the cool tile felt good to her. This little lady has a body temperature that demands cool air, ice cubes and anything else that is cold.  I noticed her belly would have periods of feeling excessively warm, almost hot.  Yes, puppies are warm, but at times her little belly seemed to be a little out of the normal “warm” for a puppy.  A few things can spike an internal heat that may not register as an elevated temperature, like the body putting in extra work to remove an allergen or other foreign substance.  Whatever the case, she would lay over the HVAC vent to capture the cool air on her belly.

By day 14 it was time to meet the new veterinarian and receive the second round of parvo and distemper.  I now understand there are 4 rounds of puppy vaccines strongly encouraged, including a COVID vaccine, which my little lady had previously under the direction of the breeder.  I don’t recall giving any previously owned puppy this many vaccinations.  No, the earth was not plagued with COVID then but the number of influenza, cough, etc. vaccines that are given has grown.  Has pet health declined so much that we need to keep adding vaccinations?  Something has gone wrong if we do.  I declined the kennel cough vaccine for my little lady in response to a few concerns I have about pumping a living creature full of too much toxic information all at once.  That afternoon puppy slept.  I was in hopes she was sleeping the experience off.

Here’s a good place to insert how a toxic environment, including those that can be generated within doggy daycares, shelters and clinics where pets are held in kennels or confined areas for hours at a time, are prime targets for viruses.  When sufficient fresh air circulation is lacking, the exhale and essence emitting from the bodies of animals collects into what I call charged clouds.  These electrically charged clouds (like static electricity) eventually produce influenzas or other viruses, possibly making their way through central heat or air systems.  When a pet is stressed or has an aggressive personality, fear or anxiety, the essence from those emotions (trauma) radiates from their body and their breath and will cluster together forming the charged cloud.  This same type of thing happens when there are numerous people in a restricted area.  You end up with toxic air.  Airplanes are a prime example.  Fresh air from an open window is key.  Air that is pushed through an HVAC system picks up static electricity and can actually accelerate a toxic air issue.

Day 15, and lasting through day 24, this puppy turned into a hyper-active monster.  She was not satisfied with her chew toys, and a rawhide would only do at times.  She began chewing the stone on the fireplace and snapping at my hands, feet or whatever other body part was close by when a more suitable chewing option was encouraged.  Attitude had taken hold!  Fits of barking were not uncommon, particularly during car rides and her mealtime, constant scratching or rubbing against the wall from ear to hip, and one eye began to turn red.  By this point, the alarm inside me was going off.  I began the allowable dosage by weight of Benadryl and talked to some friends who have dogs with allergies.  There are more people that own pets with allergies than you might think.  How did this happen?

After collecting information, I implemented a food transition regimen to remove all chicken and egg from her diet.  After all, chicken eggs are used in the manufacturing of some vaccines.  Eggs are a protein; cells are made with proteins and here you have a cycle of vaccine influenced cells that trigger an immune response when chicken or eggs are consumed.  Interesting.

The kibble the puppy was eating since time of weaning was strongly encouraged by the breeder, that same kibble puppy had turned her nose up to prior to adding beef broth and beef liver.  Puppy was trying to tell me something about the food; she wasn’t just a picky eater.  This same food is what the moms and pops of the pups eat daily.  Some main ingredients in this food are chicken meal, fresh chicken, chicken fat, chicken liver and whole eggs.  Again, an interesting point given the fact that some vaccinations are made with the use of eggs.

If your furry family member is challenged with barking, scratching, biting or snipping, swollen or red eyes, nervousness, anxiety, etc. it is likely that their immune system is responding to a food or the environment due to excess stimulation the immune system received through vaccines when they were a puppy.  Yes, residue from vaccines can be inherited through DNA which elevates any risk of reactions to vaccinations, including anxiety.

The next 7 days were spent eliminating all forms of chicken and introducing beef and salmon.  Within 4 days of the transition period the symptoms were 40-50% improved and there was no longer a need for Benedryl.  By day 7 of the transition, I had a puppy with a new personality.  We are still working on some barking issues, although by the date of this web post they are greatly improved.  Barking in my little lady’s case was a learned behavior from the adult dogs receiving a reward when barking (barking when there is food being prepared) and being driven to a vet clinic to receive vaccines (barking during car rides).  Dogs are not stupid and when they bark or cower it can be a reaction to an activity or environment that is creating stress, or anticipation of a harmful situation due to past experiences.  When a pet becomes anxious or stressed going to or during a visit to a veterinary clinic, something traumatic has taken place in a similar environment.

An over-active immune system causes disruption in the normal histamine response and the pathways or chemical conversions histamine controls.  The nervous system becomes disturbed, and you are now on the road to seeking out a remedy to calm your pet. An over-active immune system is the root of autoimmune issues one would see in thyroid issues or lupus.  The immune system begins attacking the body it resides in.  Vaccinations may attempt or in some cases succeed in protecting from certain microorganisms or viruses, but now the pet has an entirely new set of problems that often result in costly prescription medications or veterinary care, and professional level pet training.

My childhood and early adult years were spent in a farming community where I witnessed many a dog live to well over 15 years, including one dog my dad had that we lost count of her years thinking she must have been at least 20 years old.  All these well-aged dogs received a simple rabies vaccination, that’s it.  Point?  Dogs that have fresh air, space to run and play and are not shut in a crowded kennel or crate for numerous hours lead a healthier life, without vaccinations.  Placing numerous dogs in a limited space causes energies to collect that result in a toxic environment for the dog and likely the people caring for them.  As my dad would say, “everything in moderation.”  This “everything” would include the marketed products that are touted for being a benefit to health, pets and people alike.

As a voice for the K9s and felines, please take caution when you are deciding whether your furry family member requires the long list of vaccines that are often strongly encouraged.  Remember, those who push the product receive a portion of the proceeds from the sale of that product.  The companies that make and sell vaccinations drive their product through fear-based advertising and data.

To breeders, I throw out the request that all vaccinations be delayed until a puppy is safe in their new home at 8-10 weeks.  Stress is being compiled with stress when a puppy is introduced to vaccinations at 4 or 6 weeks and then moves to a new home at 8 or 10 weeks.  Momma dog provides antibodies to her puppies and any concern of infection on the part of a breeder may be in part due to the number of dogs confined in a small area.  Dogs need space and proper air circulation to avoid infections.  When the environment is healthy for a dog, cat or any other pet, the chances of infection are greatly reduced.

May our furry family members enjoy healthy living and a long life!

STOMACH TROUBLE?

Job 20:12-15:  Though evil tastes sweet in his mouth and he conceals it under his tongue, though he cherishes it and will not let it go but keeps it in his mouth, yet the food in his stomach turns into cobras’ venom inside him.  He swallows wealth but must vomit it up; God will force it from his stomach.  (HCS) (note:  a symbolism for cattle is wealth.)

With the season of Summer comes outdoor grilling.  Steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, fish, chicken, and the list of meats continues.  I find it appropriate to share the discovery I made while doing an unrelated word study within ancient text (Holy Bible).  I happened across some interesting verses in Judges 3 (“Judges” means judgement or consequences) pertaining to the consumption of meats (the focal point was beef through a reference to calf within the text).  If you have read Food for the Journey to I AM and/or Eating Yourself to Death you are aware that beef, or red meats in general, can bring a few unrecognized or undisclosed (by science) changes in the DNA.  Let’s face it, if you eat cells of an animal (or of anything else for that matter), it is going to influence the cells or cellular process(es) within your body.

My personal focus is not on plant-based diets, vegan, vegetarian, etc., etc., my focus is on finding the root cause to the cluster of DNA alterations or damage that is burping out numerous and often untraceable physical ailments or deadly disease.  Please note, I didn’t make the rules of life, I’m just determined enough to find what the rules are that keep the human body in rhythm with the orchestration of nature and cause the human body flourish.

Judges 3 of the Holy Bible, describes the various hangups people have (described as idols or gods), or have had for generations, and lifestyles they had, (described as nations), that built the pathway for health disasters.  Whether your ancestors walked the destructive path or you did will determine the measure of health-related disturbances you or your descendants have during their lifetime.  Presenting the extensive details within this post would develop a lengthy article for the web page so this blurb will be kept short.

The first few verses of Judges 3 names nations that rule over people.  By verse 5 the text lists the various “ite” tribes, such as Hittites, Amorites, etc.  When you search out the meaning of the various tribal names you find descriptive words such as idolatry, tent dweller (meaning nothing permanent, always changing), unfortified settlement (meaning no protection, exposed to danger), to trample or tread down.  It appears we have a lot going on here within these tribes.  At some point in history, a shift takes place in the standard of living that ushers the people group who qualify as “Israelites” into dangerous situations.

When you dig into the root meaning of the names Ehud and Eglon (starting in verse 12) you find that there is a component of being in “unity” or “glorious” and a component of “young bull” or “calf”.  These are the root meanings of Ehud and Eglon.  Eglon is given power over the Israelites.  What does this mean?  Consumption of immature cattle becomes a part of the lifestyle of the Israelites.  Ammonites (meaning kinfolk) and Amalekites (meaning to toil or labor; those who dwell in hardship) come on the scene and join the Eglon (immature beef consumption) lifestyle; you and your kinfolk (damage can be inherited; genetic mutation issue) will dwell in hardship when your lifestyle is involved in the consumption of immature beef/meats.  I realize this meat restriction rule will not be well accepted.  Let’s keep going.

By verse 16 of Judges 3, it is clear there is a deadly issue going on that is connected to the health of the digestive system (piercing the bowels, intestines, stomach with a sword).  The digestive issues, which could be intestinal pain, diverticulitis, and so forth, will eventually become troublesome and in some cases embarrassing. These can lead to unnecessary time spent in the bathroom, the leaking or spilling out of waste, and obesity.  The sword that penetrated the belly in verse 21 is the consumption of immature meats that will lead to digestive disruptions and eventually death.

There is an interesting sidenote here in verse 15.  Note the reference to “left-handed”.  Why would this be included in the text?  This is an odd detail when the topic of the story appears to be on the consumption of immature meat that leads to digestive disruptions.  Ehud, which means united with the glory, is the “son” (offspring, closely connected to…) Gera (to dwell as a stranger; sojourner; wanderer; to drag or chew; strive).  Putting these definitions in a more understandable statement:  Those who are appointed to carry the glory will strive at maintaining the glory status when immature meats are consumed.  It is important to note here that “glory” has to do with the condition of the blood, the measure of electricity or light that it contains.  In all this cluster of descriptions, being left-handed appears to be a genetic result of generations of kinfolk who ate immature meats.  Interesting.

In some scientific way, which I do not have the details for, the consumption of immature bovine animals (veal/calf, beef, buffalo, bison) damages the digestive system on a cellular level resulting in obesity, damage to the stomach, intestines and other digestive related organs, and will eventually lead to death. Does this only apply to bovine animals?  I cannot answer that question at this time, but I can disclose with confidence that Judges 3 also speaks of “hunting and fishing” (the root meaning of Sidonian) which makes it appear that it is not only beef that creates digestive issues but also wild game and fish.

The next question would be: At what age do you slaughter a cow when preparing it for consumption?  According to a simple google search, most beef in the United States is slaughtered between 18 and 30 months of age.  A google search for Wagyu (Japanese beef) states that Japanese bovine animals are matured anywhere from 28 to 36 months prior to slaughter (Kobe Beef, Matsusaka Beef and Omi Beef).  Does this mean it is safe to eat Kobe, Matsusaka or Omi beef?  That I do not have the answer for, but it appears this Japanese maturing process has more wisdom behind it than the U.S. Cattlemen’s guidelines.  For now, God alone holds the answers to such questions.

It is important to note that the stomach is the cooking pot for the food we consume, allowing the food to break down and emit the gases we need for proper function of our organs, glands, cells, and systems.  When the stomach is not functioning properly, the entire function of the body can become thrown off balance, leading to various forms of disease.  Think of a pot of soup on the cookstove.  The heat applied to the pot causes the gases from the foods inside the pot to rise into the atmosphere with the steam.  This is called aroma, what you smell when you walk in the door after the pot of soup has been simmering for a few hours.  Without the cooking pot and the proper amount of heat and liquid, the soup is not cooked properly and could become contaminated with bacteria.  The stomach works in a similar fashion as the heated cooking pot.

Remember the verse that states: “the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil!”  (1 Timothy 6:10) Slaughtering cattle at a younger age provides opportunity for more cattle to be sold for slaughter within a specified period.  When cattle (or other meats) are allowed to mature according to Ancient Truth, it takes longer to produce a profit.

It is evident that there are specifications that must be adhered to when consuming animal flesh, whether beef, buffalo, bison or deer, elk, antelope (these fall under the “hunting” description) and fish.  Ancient Truth about how and when to consume animal flesh or fish was tossed out many years ago and generations today are paying the price for it.  This leads to the question of whether the consumption of immature beef (and other meats) can be a root to health issues such as Celiac Disease, Hirschsprung’s Disease, general digestive upset, colon and stomach cancer, gallbladder discomfort or stones, immune dysfunction, IBS, constipation, loose stools, bowel leakage, pancreatitis, etc.  According to Judges 3 it is a root cause of obesity, which can lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attack or heart disease.

To get back on a healthy track, it might be wise to restrict or eliminate the consumption of bovine animals, wild game and fish until the ancient guidelines for consumption are uncovered.
