CHAPTER 2: OUR FURRY FRIENDS

With our pup soon approaching her first birthday, I felt it appropriate to share an update of her progress.  Our little lady is now a whopping 73 lbs. and full of energy.  She has matured into a beautiful polar-coated English labrador.

While many adjustments were necessary with respect to the first year with our young lady, we have had success with the adjustments made.  I share our experience in hopes that the K9s and felines out there might experience the same success when it comes to eliminating anxiety and nervousness.

First step we took was administering a detox remedy to assist her body in removing toxins received through vaccinations (Rebalancer).  Next, her diet was shifted to cooked ground lamb (easy to digest and sufficient fat content) and baked cod fish, bone meal, a dash of sea salt, grated yam or sweet potato, a dollop of applesauce and a few blueberries.  Any snack or treat she receives is FREE of added synthetic vitamins and supplements, dairy and probiotics.  Fresh fruits are her favorite snack with dried rabbit being a close second!

Any probiotic we would administer would cause episodes of diarrhea to become worse.  Pumpkin was not all it is said to be in her case either.  Check the labels on the snacks provided for your pet.  Many treats and snacks have added probiotics that can create an imbalance in the microbiome.  This imbalance is what was discovered in our young lady through a stool test conducted by a lab in California.  (AnimalBiome.com). At the direction of the lab who conducted the stool sample testing, our young lady was put on a product made from fecal matter collected from healthy dogs.  Sounds horrible but within 10 days her belly and attitude took on a new personality!  In addition, adding a mealtime digestive enzyme, eliminating all probiotics, dairy products and synthetic vitamins and supplements was key.

When the meals for your furry friend are made of good quality food, and not processed, dried and bagged products, supplementing their diet with vitamins and minerals is not necessary.  Stick with what nature provides and you just might open the door to eliminating the need for any remedy used for anxiety.

Here’s to furry friend health!

One Thousand Potatoes

Seasonal Soups

For those who have begun the various steps it takes to obtain clean plasma, healthy bone marrow that results in contamination-free blood, you know how restrictive food selections can be.  Having personally walked the path of this restricted diet, when comparing it to the standard diets around the world anyway, I became bored with the restrictions and limitations in the variety of food allowable.  I discovered that when you get hungry enough, you can become quite creative!

The Yukon (Yellow) Potato has been a nice acceptable addition to my fall/winter menu.  Removing all dairy and substitute dairy products, I wanted to find a way to make a potato soup that was yummy and not runny!  As usual, I do not have precise measurements because I’m the cook who just throws this ‘n that into the cooking pot.  Here’s the ingredients I have blended in various portions to come up with some yummy, seasonal soups.

*Do the best you can to stick with the ingredients suggested, such as Yukon potato.  While we might think a potato is a potato, our body does not always register foods as similar or same in kind.  Red potato and Russett potatoes should be avoided for the purposes of keeping the blood healthy while making your way through the diet.  Red potato and Russett potato cause an unwanted burden upon the body when it comes to blood cells and DNA.

Peel and cut up Yukon potatoes and bring to a boil.  I make my own vegetable broth that I often use to boil my potatoes but if this is not something you have on hand, adding a few whole raw carrots and a stick of celery (or other vegetable favorites) to clean, fresh water will do the trick.  Be sure to remove the carrots and celery once the potatoes are cooked.  For the sake of maintaining the dietary rules, carrots and celery should not be blended in and become part of the soup.

Next, peel and cut up a squash.  I have made several different versions of potato/squash soups, so select your favorite squash.  Pumpkin is my favorite, but the small pie pumpkins are popular and can sell out at your local grocers quickly.  Avoid using canned pumpkin.  Any of the following squashes will make a nice, thick and tasty soup, and that is coming from someone who has never been a fan of eating squash.  Honeynut and Butternut squash, zucchini and yellow squash, Kabocha (Japanese Pumpkin), Delicata and Acorn.  Any of these squash work well with potato.

Prepare your squash by baking or peeling and boiling.  I have boiled squash with my potatoes and I have prebaked squash.  Either method will do.  Add cut leek, and any combination of the following fresh herbs: marjoram, thyme, oregano, rosemary.  In a small pan sauté white mushrooms in a small amount of sunflower seed oil or avocado oil.  You will add the mushrooms at end.

Once the potatoes and squash are tender, remove any sprigs and twigs from fresh herbs and toss.  Maintain as many of the leaves from the herbs as possible in your soup.  Use a strainer spoon and spoon potatoes and squash into a blender or food processor. Pulse blend until smooth and either place in a separate cooking pot or add it back into the remaining cooked potatoes/squash combo, depending on how much liquid is left on your cooked potatoes.  I puree about 1/2 -3/4 of the potatoes and squash, leaving a few sliced pieces.  Depending on how much water is left after the boiling of the potatoes, you may need to remove some of the liquid or add to the liquid.  I prepare my soup as a thick yet creamy consistency, not pasty.  Once the potatoes and squash have been blended to your liking, add sea salt, black pepper and the sautéed mushrooms.  Add a few chopped fresh chives, sesame seeds, or fresh grated horseradish to your bowl of soup and enjoy!  Freeze any leftovers in single serving containers for quick and easy mealtime prep.

FUN FOODS

With the diet that seems to accompany the function of my body the best, food can be limited and that prompts a desire to look for new ways to prepare foods.  The past month has birthed a couple of new and delightful dishes that can be incorporated into a meal or eaten as a snack.  These foods are fun and simple enough to involve children in the preparation!

Sweet Potato Ribbons

Peel and cut into ribbons with a potato peeler a sweet potato or yam.  I used a Japanese sweet potato and they turned out yummy.  Toss the ribbons in a small amount of sunflower seed oil, sea salt and black pepper, or simply use the sunflower seed oil and once fried sprinkle with granulated maple sugar and a bit of ground cinnamon. To cook the ribbons, heat sunflower seed oil in a deep skillet or frying pan and place the ribbons in the hot oil, cooking only small amounts at a time until ribbons are tan in color.  The ribbons will cook within a few minutes, turning them as they cook.  Once all ribbons are cooked crisp, remove from cooking and they can be topped with the cinnamon and maple sugar mixture or sea salt and black pepper, and a few sesame seeds or poppy seeds.  ADULT SUPERVISION NEEDED WITH THIS ONE!

Chilled Sun Cookies

This recipe may need adjusted since I did not measure the ingredients I was tossing into the bowl.  I’ll provide the approximate amount, and you can adjust as needed.

1 Cup Sunflower Seed Butter (NO SUGAR ADDED)

1/3 Cup Honey

6-8 dates cut into small pieces (Nuts.com has dates that are moist and yummy)

1/3 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/3 Cup Sunflower Seeds

Dash of sea salt, if your seed butter does not have salt

Stir this together.  It should be a consistency that will form a ball yet not be dry or too sticky.  Form dough into balls and then roll the balls in granulated maple sugar.  Place in an airtight container and refrigerate.  Enjoy!

Here’s to healthy snacking!

Are You an Angel?

Where did the idea of angels with white garments and white feathery wings come from?  Often seen as tiny figurines in gift shops, or as a human figure with wings, why are angels often seen as a sort of cartoon character, or mystical being?   Why do these figures always have wings?  Cute as they may be my inquiring mind wanted some answers.

Celtic fae mythology speaks of magical, shapeshifting figures that disappeared into the underground at the arrival of humans.  These magical “good folk” are depicted as beautiful human figures with whispy wings.  Could this ancient Celtic depiction of a fairy give rise to the small, baby-like figures floating in space that are often thought of when the word angel comes to mind?

As I read through the book of Judges, Chapter 13 revealed some interesting facts.  The “Angel of God” that appeared to “the woman” (who would be Samson’s birth mother) is also referred to as “a man” or “the man of God”.  Last I checked, men, as in mankind, do not have wings but often are connected to the assignments given by God to His “angels”.  Interesting.

Let’s take this a little further.

Luke Chapter 1 reveals that an angel delivered a message to Zechariah, and the Angel Gabriel delivered the message to Mary about her upcoming pregnancy and birth of Jesus.  These two angels seem to be in human form.

Hebrews Chapter 2, verses 5-9 give a somewhat peculiar description of Jesus and mankind.  Verse 9: “But we do see Jesus, made lower than the angels for a short time so that by God’s grace He might taste death for everyone, crowned with glory and honor because of His suffering in death.”

First, the word death in these verses is describing a soul death.  All light that should be in and around cells in our body has been snuffed out, that’s death.  What is interesting is the statement that Jesus was “made lower than angels” (by becoming human) “for a short time.”  This swings the door wide open for Jesus having been in an angelic form prior to his arrival here on earth.  Once His job was complete upon the earth, He returned to His previous angelic form.  What assignment did Jesus have?  To show us how to resurrect the health of the body through a specific process that involves dead cells being removed and light-filled cells taking their place.

IF YOU BELIEVE THIS ANGEL-MAN-ANGEL TRANSFORMATION IS SO, my question to you would be:  How many human forms of angelic beings do we encounter daily?  This question will likely never be answered but hopefully it will make one stop and think about how they treat others.  There are angels among us.  The angels I am referring to are not invisible, whispy, floating figures with feathery wings.  The angels I am referring to are in human form, placed on earth for a specific assignment for the days and times that have been unfolding for the past 70 years.  The life of Jesus lays out how life can unfold for a human-embodied angel with an assignment.  Life is not and will not always be easy but whatever their assignment, that assignment can bring great change to the atmosphere, the field of energy that surrounds us, and life in general.

Hebrews 13:2:  Don’t neglect to show hospitality, for by doing this some have welcomed angels as guests without knowing it.

WONDERS OF THE WIND

What is in the wind?  Most likely wind is made of more elements than current knowledge has labels for. Just for fun, I’ll share what comes to my mind when I think of wind, the recipe that could be involved in its structure, and the influence it can have.

Storm fronts, clouds, gases, pressure, moisture, energy movement, whispers or whistling, dust, leaves, bugs, and large items when wind crosses a boundary and escalates to tornado or hurricane level.  Whatever combination of ingredients it takes to conjure up what we experience as wind could also hold signs of a shift in various energies pushing their way through an area.  These wind-related energies can influence the physical body through the electrical system, triggering a physical symptom, an old emotion to push to the surface, feelings of frustration, tension, resistance or struggle.

Next time you encounter the wind, not a gentle cool breeze but a significant wind, take some time to give attention to how you feel, what emotions may come or any uncomfortable symptoms that arise.  Take a moment to pause, capture what has come to you and as quickly as it came with the wind, release it to be taken away with the wind.  The most favorable times of a day to do this practice is dawn, noon or dusk.

Those blustery days may turn out to be quite useful!

FIRESIDE CHAI

Fall is beginning to wind down, and the door is starting to open for winter weather, sooner than some would like.  I’m not much of a cold weather person myself so anything that helps warm the body sounds good to me.  What better to do the job than what I call a Fireside Chai.

Fireside Chai has the typical chai spice ingredients but is made with whole or fresh spices.  Chai means tea to those from India, and alive or living to those with a Hebrew background.  I decided my journey through winter this year would be adorned with Fireside Chai in apple, cherry or cranberry juice, in oatmeal or cream of wheat and an accompaniment for baking fruit.  I may even try making my homemade bread rolls with a little Fireside Chai added to the dough.

Make your Fireside Chai as you would the Spice Water recipe posted October 2024 under Spicing Up October.  For the first batch of Fireside Chai, I used apple juice to simmer the whole spices for about 30 minutes.  Strain the whole spices off using a mesh strainer.  I made the batch potent with spices and used the apple juice-based liquid to add to other juices for a warm drink, or a ¼ cup for adding the chai flavor to hot cereal or pancake batter.  I recommend using whole spices and fresh ginger root. The ginger root and black pepper add a twinge of heat making this spice mix a perfect fit for cold weather.  I advise not to consume chai spice during the warmer seasonal months when the internal heat of the body should not be heated through the consumption of foods/drinks made with peppers or other heat elevating ingredients and spices.

A quick internet search and I found there are approximately 69 references to spice(s) in the Holy Bible, depending upon the translation.   Spices include such things as cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger. Those spices that you might put in your pumpkin pie or other favorite baked dish, not spicy hot items like chili peppers.

Spices were a valuable commodity in the past and often given as gifts to those in positions of authority.   The Queen of Sheba delivered spices to King Solomon as referenced in 1 Kings and 2 Chronicles.  This picture tells me there is something important about the spices we often keep in our kitchen.  There must be a chemical reaction produced or initiated by spices that is valuable to the blood.  A chemist would need to provide that detailed information.  For now, I consider spices important for health and use them nearly every day.

Cheers to the Fireside Chai!

EACH STEP WE TAKE

Did anyone ever tell you that each step or action you take will either debit or credit your soul bank account?  My guess is your answer is “no”.

The soul has a means for paying (or giving), and a way of receiving or being credited, like a bank account.  Does that make the concept easier to follow?  Each activity we participate in will either add to the value of our soul bank or take away from it.  For example, because the physical body is run by electricity (in part), each time you use a cell phone, we’ll say for an average of 15-20 minutes per day, your soul bank is charged in the form of damage to 500 cells (this number is a guess, not a fact).

Proverbs 13:22 speaks of leaving an inheritance for your children’s children. This is speaking of the value held within the soul at the time of your death, not tangible finances. If souls were just souls and everyone had the same soul value throughout life there would not be mention of “eternal life” in ancient text (Scripture). You control whether you become an “eternal” soul or whether you are a “temporary” soul. You also control, to a degree, whether there is any measure of soul left within you at the time of your death.

The cells in our body should contain a measure of light, a glow to them. I imagine a firefly, tiny little lights that move through our body.  This light, that is electrically charged, helps keep our body healthy and the soul abundant. Things that we encounter on any day, at any time, will influence that light in a negative or positive manner.

It is reported that on average a person has approximately 75 trillion cells.  Given this number, a 500 debit in the soul bank account does not sound dangerous but use your cell phone for a good portion of a day, and the collection of damaged cells can add up quickly.  Add in a few of the many other cell-damaging daily activities most people have like driving or riding in vehicles (vibration) or public transportation, using public restrooms, working in high-rise buildings, riding in elevators or on escalators, breathing toxic air, listening to a radio, TV or other noise through speakers, food selections, and the 500 daily debit becomes 10,000 before days end.  Not good!  This is not considering the number of damaged cells a fetus receives at conception.  A person can be, and most likely is in these days, born with damaged cells to begin their life with.  Infant and childhood disease proves this.

How do we credit the soul bank account?  Proper attire, rainbow color, gemstones, precious metals, specific eating habits and diet, having a clean, neat and tidy living space, and so on. Over time, if your soul debits outweigh your soul credits your body can become a diagnosis waiting to happen.

When it comes to health of our cells and the condition of our soul, we live in a dangerous world that seems to debit our soul bank at every turn. (John 15:19)  It appears a person must stop “living” to protect their “life” within!  If your health is at risk, it may be time to refuse participation in world-driven activities and spend your days in an atmosphere that provides deposits into your soul bank account.

TIMES AND SEASONS

He changes the times and seasons; He removes kings and establishes kings.  Daniel 2:21 (HCS)

No doubt the weather has brought about some surprises the past few months.  Where I live, the most surprising was a sudden temperature shift from daytime highs in the 90s to daytime highs in the 70s, within a matter of less than a week.  There was a sudden crispness in the air accompanied by a string of days that brought rain showers, over-cast and cloudy days.  Temperatures in the 70s are considered by me to be perfect weather but the way they marched in this year caused me to raise a brow.

Various verses in Scripture mention seasons changing but have we really considered the depth of that message?  Yes, the earth experiences seasonal changes but what appears to be taking place is those seasons are shifting to a different time/date on the calendar.  Autumn/Fall appears to have landed upon us an entire month early according to the present-day marker of September 22/23 for the Fall Equinox.  Did anyone else notice this?  If each season makes a 30-day shift we could eventually see Spring in January, or Summer in late March or April.  This type of a shift would trickle along several lines like calendar dates for the school year.  It will be interesting to see what the next few years bring.

With these types of seasonal shifts, it is obvious that man’s hand is not involved.  The atmosphere of the Heavens has been busy shifting, cleaning or even developing a new way of bringing the seasons many witness throughout a year.

Can you bring out the constellations in their season and lead the Bear and her cubs?  Do you know the laws of heaven?  Can you impose its authority on earth?  Can you command the clouds so that a flood of water covers you?  Can you send out lightning bolts, and they go?  Do they report to you: “Here we are”?  Job 38:32-25 (HCS)

For I will create a new heaven and a new earth; the past events will not be remembered or come to mind.”  Isaiah 65:17 (HCS)

I will be keeping my eyes on the Heavens!

Enjoy the season at hand,

Jill

ELECTRO-MAGNETICS AND BREAST TISSUE HEALTH

The human body is an electrical machine.  Many of the posts on this website are created with this thought in mind, including the following.

Breast cancer has been around for a very long time yet how many studies are done on its prevention versus a cure?  I often wondered why there is so much focus on racing for a cure when wouldn’t it be more beneficial to focus on the power of prevention?  There are many things that can lead to a diagnosis of breast cancer.  First would be genetics.  I would guess hormone imbalances as a second cause, and lastly maybe food choices.  That’s not scientific evidence, just my thoughts on the subject.  So, we have three fairly common factors but has anyone ever considered exposure to electromagnetic fields?  Yes, I’ve read the articles on the controversies around mammograms, x-rays and the various scans Western Medicine support, but what I am referring to is general, everyday exposure to what naturally exists in the earth, the soil, the air or even our homes.

I imagine breast tissue as being quite delicate, easily influenced by various compositions.  What I propose in this article may seem unlikely until you pause and consider the way cultures, fashion and lifestyles have changed over time, along with the increased incidence of breast cancer.

When the breast tissue is exposed to magnetic elements it can become, I’ll say, over-stimulated in a negative way.  Too much direct contact with magnetics in various forms and through various means, including the natural magnetism within the earth, would cause an upset in the electrical pathways that run through or past the breasts.  You think it can’t happen?  Why couldn’t it happen?  Genetics for breast cancer can be initiated by different things.  Let’s use some examples to give you a better picture of what I am referring to.

Madam X is diagnosed with breast cancer at age 40.  Madam X ate well, exercised and her hormones were in normal range.  What Madam X did have that contributed to her breast cancer was a great grandmother who spent a fair amount of time participating in the “topless beach” scene during her younger years.  Note: Things you think no one in the family will ever know eventually come to the surface!

Next, Madam X was involved in sporting events during her school years and had spent a measure of time undressing in crowded locker rooms, showering in large showering spaces that accompany numerous ladies at any given time and then getting dressed in those same large open locker room areas.

And what about Madam X’s sleeping habits?  Did Madam X sleep in the nude, leaving the breasts exposed?   You’ve heard me say in prior publications that there is a whole lot of electro-magnetic activity in the cosmos during nighttime hours.  This activity causes sleeping in the nude to have its own definition of “risky business”.

How did Madam X dress for her daily activities?  Did she wear low-cut blouses or dresses that expose the breasts?  What does all of this say for bathing suits?  The line of thought here is exposed skin/flesh will absorb a measure of magnetic activity and the breast tissue being delicate in nature gives rise to disturbances becoming evident in the form of tumors.

Long ago when clothing fashion covered the body from neckline down to the ankles there was a reason behind it.  A mystery at the time, but people knew how to protect the body from outside interference that didn’t exist through high-resonance imagery or cell phone towers.

As an additional step in prevention of breast cancer, keep the “girls” appropriately covered at all times, with the only exception being while bathing.

To your health,

Jill
