Follow the Rainbow

Color:  a phenomenon of light.

Colors have specific jobs, are enhanced by their season of choice and play a big role in the health and wellbeing of the physical body.   When multiple colors are in our outfit for the day, the job of any one color becomes less efficient.  Multi-color clothing sends numerous signals into the airwaves, and all become weak, or one may scramble the signal of another.  If we could see this activity, it would be clear what takes place.  Color needs to be allowed to extend its voice to attract its energetic mate.  Wearing a solid color allows that color to do its best work for you.

Cultural attire has contributed to the variations in ethnicity seen around the world.  Busy, bold or bright, to subtle and soft pastels have done their part in the divisions of physical features seen in the world today.

How to make colors work best for your health:  Rotate the colors of your clothing daily.  Wearing the same color every day limits the variety of energetic exposure you will receive.  Too much of one thing is not always good.

Pastel colors help keep the internal body temperature stable and compatible with any chemical element (the exact group of elements that are housed at any one time in the body is unknown so I call them Heavenly Gases) it is to host.  When the interior temperature of the body is too warm or too cool the Heavenly Gases evaporate, or escape.  For example:  wearing dark colored clothing causes the internal body temperature to be too cool to properly house the Heavenly Gases, such as nitrogen, hydrogen or oxygen, giving reason for the elements to escape the body and adequate Heavenly Gases for the body to remain healthy is lacking.

More on this subject in the book The Powerful Influence of Clothing: Color, Fabric & Style I am currently writing and expect to have finalized and ready for publication late Spring, early Summer 2025.  For now, keep the wardrobe within the scope of the rainbow!

Happy Spring!
