HUMMINGBIRDS AND HONEYBEES

**If we take time to observe nature and its cycles, habits and daily activity, we have opportunity to capture a fragment of wisdom.**

Summer is fast approaching and there is much to be observed and learned by the patterns of plants and animals that sprinkle themselves throughout the landscape.  The Hummingbird and the Honeybee are two examples of how simple observation can bring about a deeper wisdom:

Hummingbirds eat nectar (sugar).  Place a Hummingbird feeder out with sugar water and the Hummingbirds will pay you a visit!

Noise of Hummingbird:  vibration or “buzzing”.

Color Hummingbird is attracted to:  Red (represents blood)

Bees produce honey from nectar (a sugar conversion process);

Bees have a sound of vibration or “buzzing”.

Natural sugars (honey, fruit, maple syrup) elevate the internal vibration in the body/blood.  An elevated vibration assists the process the body goes through to remove harmful vibrations (i.e., infection; inherited blood contamination; toxins, etc.)

Good vibes:  honey, natural fruit sugars, pure maple syrup.

Enjoy Observing Nature this Summer!
